On Friday 14th June, we all secretly gathered at O'Connor's Pub, Doolin, County Clare, to surprise Mike on his 40th Birthday. Ann ensured that while we all drove to Doolin that afternoon, none of us bumped into them on the road, by relay-texting me to let us know where they were at all times. Even when they arrived at their hotel, she hid in the bathroom to text me! The surprise worked out very well as Mike never suspected and was lost for words for quite a few minutes.
