The surgery was easy, but it took three months of daily one and a half hours physiotherapy to flex and bend my knee to the point that it is comfortable. Day five after surgery. My knee was stiff and swollen so the ice pack became my best friend! I hobbled up and down the hallway many times hoping it wouldn't take long before I could walk normally! Little did I know there was a long recovery ahead!
